Exclamation Rough idle and take off

My 93 crown vic police intercepter works totally fine except it has rough idle and sputters on take off unless I gas it good. Probably not sensor right? Also around 35-45 it sputters unles I hammer down on it then it takes of like a rocket as it should. I'm currently running it with the maf sensor unplugged and it does help some. It keeps it from idling weird. By that I mean it idle so slow with it pluged in it damn nears sputters out. Mottled shaking and everything. That's why I'm running it with the sensor unplugged ATM. All other probs still a cure with it unpluged😡

Sounds like your throttle position sensor is going bad.

Is the CEL light on? what's the code or the codes?
How old are the plugs and wires and the coilpacks?
Fuel pressure?
Vacuum leaks?
Dirty throttle body, IAC valve, EGR system etc?
A TPS going bad is a possibility but you provided not enough information to come that conclusion.
