2010 e150 steering wheel swap

I cant speak for the splines being the same nor can I offer much help with the wiring but I found a steering wheel for the 2010 Edge that is black leather, for a vehicle WITHOUT navigation, has SYNC, and has steering wheel radio controls. The part number I came up with is 8T4Z-3600-BE (#8T4Z3600BE: Steering wheel.). I feel that you are in the correct place to figure out the wiring, All-Data is a wonderful system. I would be sure to check the capability of your radio as Hayapower suggested. I wish you luck with your modification.
