I have 98k miles on my 2013 E350 and all worked well up until recently when the HVAC and radio lights quit working. The cluster works just fine and you can turn the dimmer up and down. Is there a plug or connector somewhere that I should check? Thanks.

 

One way to determine what is going on is to check the power to the radio and HVAC for the lighting. What you find there will determine what you do next..
There could be a splice involved, but until you verify where the power for the lighting stops, it could be anything.


This is a simple thing to check with a simple test light or multimeter.
