Default 95 dies

95 5.8 e150. Starts fine. Can drive it 5 min or an hour or whatever then dies and won't start for 20 to 30 min. Could be at stop sign or going 60 down the road. Also cuts out occasionally but doesn't die. New plugs, coil wire, distributer, battery, plug wires. Im stumped. Thank you.

Sounds like fuel delivery or ICM / TFI.

Pinpoint-H index page shown above.
When was the last time you change the fuel filter? Go thru pinpoint H and do some tests.

Below here is for ICM. And ICM relocation has been discussed a dozen times here.
If you have any spare desktop computer case fan laying around you can hook it up to a switched power (control by ignition switch) and blow it toward your ICM and zip tie it. If you have another fan then attach to it and suck the heat and blow away from your ICM. Ideally you'd need something like thermal pad in between but for quick diagnostic purpose you don't have to.

What you might try,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
If you can let it run where you can remove a spark plug when it will not start,,,,,, need to know if that spark plug is wet or dry..
If wet, engine is getting fuel, ign system problem, if dry, fuel system problem. Tell us which condition you find and we can proceed from there.

With that info we have narrowed it down to one area.
Fuel system could involve electrical, but no need to go there yet. Can you manage to do this ?

You can have a cheap spark tester on the ready, then, on a no start event check for an active/hot spark. If missing, you've shortened the diagnostic list.
If spark present, give the intake a short shot of ether. If it fires, you've eliminated ignition issues...

Please be very careful using starting fluid , also known as ether. I suggest this because the instructions stress a SHORT SHOT !!!

Folks not familiar with using ether, use too much, thinking more is better . Too much can blow holes in pistons and blow the tops off of pistons. Have seen this several times.

With a short shot , if it attempts to run, you have your answer.
