Pulley was all good, Turned out to be a bad tensioner. It was a bit weak and causing belt to run off. Thanks for all the information.

Im back again with same issue.drove the van for a day, belt was quite then last night I got into it and belt squeak was back. Further I drove it, the louder it got, Only pulley I have not changed it the PS pump and hormonic bal pulley. I tried to locate in the North West Gator quiet belts to purchase and try. them. The alignment on pulleys and grooves on pulleys are in good shape. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Two things you can try,
A little brake fluid on the belt will usually quiet it down and it is not harmful to the rubber.
Also, if you take a cake of bath soap and rub some of it on the belt surfaces should get rid of the problem.
These have always worked for me in spite of new belt, alignment OK, no other apparent problem. And the problem never returned.

Hi Hanky

I did put brake fluid and did quiet belt down. How long would that last before I have to reapply? Thanks

Every case is different, try the soap trick.
