Both sensors are working. I suspect that the codes happened when I turned on the car without the sensors plugged in, so I could measure the voltage on the connectors. I reconnected them and I get the same readings from both of them as before, but I cannot get rid of the codes.

The codes will not clear with heater circuit errors..
The sensors will work without the heaters, but will not satisfy the ECU..

The question I have is where did the errors come from, and what do I have to do to make them go away. Per someone else's suggestion I unplugged the sensors to test the voltage, and that's when the errors appeared from the first time. Nothing got damaged in the process, and I hadn't seen the errors before. Perhaps I should reset the computer?

Reset the ECU so that we can start with a clear slate and see what comes back..

Your monitors will ALL reset to "NOT READY"

We don't know the year of your vehicle.
Later models will not allow codes to be cleared with a tool or disconnecting the computer. The system MUST see that all is well for at least 2 cycles and the computer will then clear the code automatically.

It's a 2012. The codes did clear, and I'm back to everything ready except the O2 sensor and heater after 135 miles of driving. I wonder if there is anything I can do besides keep driving.

No codes. All emission monitors ready including evap, other than O2 heater and O2 sensor, just like before I unplugged them to check them. Some of the monitors hard reset to not ready after I unplugged the sensors.

EVAP is ready. The ONLY monitors that are not ready are O2 sensor and O2 sensor heater.
