I have a 2002 E150 with the 4.6L Triton V8. Dealer diagnostics show that the intake manifold runner control valve needs to be replaced. And it's not available anywhere. Not available from Ford or from any aftermarket suppliers. Anybody know where I can obtain one?

That eBay item is for the 4.2L v6. I've never been able to find it for the 4.6L v8.
