There was no check engine light at the time, so I thought I got a good deal.
You can have 100+ DTCs without a check engine light. Just because you are seeing a CEL with P0351 and P0356 doesn't mean these two DTCs are more severe and critical than the other 100+ DTCs. To retrieve other non-P DTCs and non-P0xxx DTCs you need a scanner capable to retrieve Ford's specific DTCs, Foxwell NT510 Elite w/ Ford software and OBDLink MX+, a good combo you must buy if you really want to diagnose this yourself. When you see only the two DTCs that indicate you are using a generic scanner, which is next to useless but better than no scanner at all.

Take a good look inside the rubber boot that goes over the spark plugs for those cyls for carbon tracking. If you see it ,replace the boots.

Is there any way you can get some idea of fuel trim? That could help give us some idea of whether it might be fuel involved and not necessarily entire electrical.
I checked fuel scan. Everything seemed to be fine. I had an extra alternator laying around so I swapped alternator and check all wiring everything seemed to be fine. However found some new things after I erased codes and a started I let it idle for 30 minutes while I was checking scan for fuel no misfire it ran fine. Took it for a ride and it seemed like it started misfiring after about 2500 rpm. Ordered a new crankshaft sensor and a smoke machine to test for leaks these are next to things I will do. As per google. The ecm is putting me I. Limp mode for some reason. I’ll attach a image about that
