Yes and No. Not all Ford vehicles have running Daytime Running Lights (DRL). Even if they are built in Canada, they may not have DRLs. If the vehicle is destined to go to, or remain in Canada, then they will come with the DLR module installed. The DLR module is normally a Plug-n-Play module if you want DRLs. My Freestar was built in Canada with no DRL, but is capable of it by adding the module and possibly a relay. Depends on what all was installed at the factory.
