Hello all. New around here and had some questions concerning our 2016 Edge SEL. I ordered up a pair of HID's for the low beams but I'm coming up short on verifying for certain which lights "light up" for the DRL function. I thought the only DRL's were the LED strips around what should be a fog light. Today, my wife was driving behind me and it seemed as if both those and the low beams were on. The bulbs I bought come with a CANBUS harness to avoid any warning messages and it also states that it will not work for vehicles where the low beam is also the DRL. I know the trick about turning them off through the vehicle settings via steering wheel controls, but apparently that isn't an option on all Edge's. I will check later tonight when I get home. Can anyone shed some light for me, especially if you've upgraded your halogens for HID in a 2015 and up Edge.
