I have a 2013 edge it does not have navigation but the radio screen all of a sudden is distorted with lines in it.All functions work.Back up camera works and has som distortion on the screen also but not quite as bad.Any help would be appreciated.

Don't know how much help this suggestion might be, but with sensitive electronics the slightest loose /poor connection can introduce interference with signals and the result is sometimes distortion. It is difficult to determine if the cause is internal to the unit or possibly coming from outside the unit. There is such a thing as pattern failures that a lot of time can be saved if that info is available. And as with everything else one of a kind problems can take a lot longer to pin down.
