Ok , I was driving my ford escape , I got codes when it started misfiring , I think it was like P0354 , that was when my code reader would link to it . Any way while driving it just shut off , I tried to start it and nothing but a clicking under the dash , I sent the PCM off to have it repaired , I called them the day after they got it , they said nothing was wrong with it it tested fine and drove it in a test vehicle , refunded most of my money except $50 and shipping . Well now I am back at square one . I even tried the 2 tricks for resetting the anti-theft on it , that didnt work . Any help ?

What led you to believe the PCM (computer) had a problem ?
You may have already done this, but did you check all the fuses ?
What about the battery cable connections?
Usually the anti-theft will not cause the vehicle to shut down once running.
It does sound like all power was lost.
What, if any, codes are coming up now?
We do not know if the PATS (security) coding was erased from your vehicle's computer when it was checked, and you may need to have it reprogrammed (as built) by someone with a capable scan tool to do this. Does not have to be a dealership. A local locksmith with the right equip can do this for you.
