2006 escape a/c blower

2006 escape a/c blower

a/c blows thru dash vents then intermitently blows out floor vents. would this be the blower motor resistor or blower control **** on dash? or other? thanx for any info.

If you have EATC,electronic automatic temp control, it could be electronic and/or possibly vacuum related.

thanks Hanky, but i do not have auto climate control, so im hoping it is something easy to figure out and repair.
