Anyone have any ideas why the little computer thing on my dashboard has started freaking out and looking like I'm playing Space Invaders every time I start the car? It seems to be running fine and the screen clears up and goes back to normal after a few minutes, but what the hell is this? Has anyone run into this problem before? I uploaded a couple pictures of the issue as it's different every time it happens and because I'm probably not explaining it very well. Thanks!!

 

How handy would you say you are? The reason I'm asking is sometimes gremlins get into vehicle electronics and just like shutting down your PC , disconnecting the vehicle computer sometimes helps. If you think you would like to try disconnecting a battery cable , let us know, since there are certain things in the computer memory that will be lost.
