My wife just sent me this photo apparently early this morning and decided to drive 30 miles and counting anyway. What is this hose? She said it's on the driver's side front.

It appears to have some form of a plastic push in so I'm not imagining it's much, possibly a windshield water diversion tube?? She'll be home in about an hour to check it however in case I don't easily find what it should attach to, I figured posting here would be good insurance. Thank you!
