Default ABS light...need some pro input

2005 Escape 3.0 litre-207,000 miles

Had an ABS light about 6 months ago and found LF toning ring cracked so epoxied LF toning ring back on...sorry, had no time to replace it. Light went out for 6 months. Came back on recently so my scanner showed no input from LF wheel speed sensor(C1233). Toning ring was intact so replaced LF wheel speed sensor. No help. ABS light only comes on 65 MPH or faster...strange.... When truck shut down ABS light goes out at around 5 MPH. Want to try to see if wiring issue between LF sensor and module connector but is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get to the connector from either above or below...Thanks Ford for mounting it in an almost inaccessible location !!!!...maybe bad module ???...any input would be appreciated...Thanks and Merry Christmas !!

I had just put new tires and brake pads on in Oct. A couple of days before Christmas my ABS light came on and went off here and there. Days later the ABS starting kicking on randomly. Took it back to the shop, hoping they would fix it for free. The code was saying the sensor had an error. The tech took it up and looked at it. Cracked tone ring. I had that replaced for about $250 at the dealership (which was actually the cheapest of 3 places). Light is off, no ABS action on the dry roads!
