Hi Jeff,
As you know labor rates differ in different parts of the country, then there are quality issues as to a great set of pads as compared to an OK set.
What you can do for free too,
Call a few places in your area and get an idea of the labor rate , time required , expected cost etc.
Then you can make a pretty accurate decision whether you want one place or another to perform the work.
