Default tone sound at idle zx2

Can I have some help? My zx2 at idle makes a sound like a constant tone. If i accel it goes away and returns at idle again. Changed recently alternator timing belt and idler pulley... any ideas? I thought a pulley could be going bad but the tone sound goes away when accelerating instead of increasing...

If you can get a piece of rubber hose put one end to your ear and with the other end search for the area where the tone is loudest. Let us know what you find.

not much room to get a hose in there with the serpentine belt moving and all.. but the best i can tell it comes from the back part of the engine near the alternator...
