Had a "rumble" problem over the past six month. Would randomly come on and throw a CEL or send a code to my Ford app about shifting issues. Problem would go away with turning truck off and waiting 10 min. Last month (2nd time in) they reprogrammed the transmission. Two weeks later it did it again - twice on one trip. This week (3rd time in) they are replacing the entire transmission. I haven't seen much on the forum about this being an issue and an entire trans replacement for what seems to me to be an electrical issue seems excessive, but it's Ford's money cuz this is under the new car warranty.

As a long-time Ford truck owner, I'll be hard pressed not to look for another brand when the warranty runs out on this one. I think Ford is no longer a quality truck builder. I have a close friend with the same Expy except a year newer and he's had a lot of trouble with his also, not to mention the recall for catching on fire.
