Default Aftermarket remote starter removed. Help

I have a 2001 Expedition. I started having issues with the remote start where I could start the car. Drive somewhere. Go to restart the car and no power at all like a completely dead battery. Not wanting to be stranded somewhere I looked under the steering column and could see that I could simply unplug the alarm/remote start wires. The problem now is, the truck will now turn over every time I turn the key but the fuel pump is not sending fuel. I can get it to run with starting fluid. Does anyone know what I need to do to get the brain box to send get the fuel pump working again.

Evidently one of the wires in the plug sends power to the PCM . All you need to do is determine which one and hopefully a jumper will take care of it.

starting to think I'm getting in over my head. I did take a few pictures of how the remote start was plugged in to the factory wires but can't seem to load pics on here
