If you want to try this, pull the plastic check valve out of the booster grommet and place your finger over the end while the engine is idling. If the roughness is gone, the booster is leaking vacuum internally. .

Hanky, sorry for late response. Been busy with work... But before trying this i decided to install a new throttle body mounting gasket. Which i did. I decided to take a look under the truck as it was running a Lil loud. I was correct. Found a nice Lil whole on my muffler. Now I doubt this will cause my current issue. But I now have something else I need to fix. Lol.
Odly enough the truck finally threw me a code for P2097.
So now It looks like i have an issue at bank 1 and 2.... needless to say i think i may now have to either make my own smoke machine or buy. Needless to say, I'll keep you updated
