Default 2010 Explorer RWD will not crank

Hello, Here's the situation, I have a 2010 Explorer Rear Wheel Drive. It used to start and now it doesn't even crank. Battery is good, with key in dash lights come on bells sound, turn key everything shuts off like the battery is dead. I got it to start just by trying neutral park back and forth then it started. Now nothing. So I removed the aftermarket remote start and anti theft unit. I made certain all wires were secure and as they were previously. Found one fuse which had blown, replaced it.

I need to mention that a lot of wires under the hood had been chewed apart by raccoons. I reattached them and made sure I got them all.

This is a rear wheel drive so the fuse layout is different than a 4wd. Even the manual is wrong.
I know how to test most components and I'm fairly computer savvy but I could use some direction here. Also key cylinder looks ok, shifter wouldn't go in park because of a pin issue but I fixed that,
