Default 2016 explorer limited - ac cycle switch

hoping someone can post a diagram/picture of the ac cycle switch location. i've looked on the internet and can't find it. perhaps also wide open throttle

replaced ac compressor. system was recharged by certified mechanic. clutch won't engage. i have confirmed fuses are good. electrical connections to compressor are tight.

There are a few reasons as to why an A/C compressor requires replacement and the cost is pretty well up there. If the place that did the repair is available , best to have them check the system. If the refrigerant leaked out the compressor won't come on and once you mess with it , the repairing shop most likely will not honor any guaranty or warranty.
If you did the work yourself , let's hope you did the job right.
I say this because if foreign material got loose in the system because of compressor failure and measures that are required were not taken, a much bigger repair bill could be waiting up the road.

The problem has been resolved. It was discovered that when the prior compressor shorted, it took the connector with it. Once the connector was replaced, the clutch now engages
