I have a 2018 explorer. The last 2 days the sync screen would take about ten minutes to turn on. Then today the screen doesn’t turn on at all. The radio also doesn’t work and the USB port to charge your phone as well

Any ideas on what’s going on?

One of the first checks we always do is,, check all the fuses.
A simple test light is a good investment especially to check fuses.
There is no need to remove and look at every fuse.
You just place the ground clip of the test light onto a good clean ground and touch the probe point of the test light to each fuse. There is a small hole on the top of each fuse that the point of the test light can contact.
If it lites up on one end of the fuse, it must light up on the other end of the same fuse. If not, fuse is no good.
If any fuse does not light up on either side , turn the key on. Some only have power when the key is in the on position.
