We bought a new explorer about 3 weeks ago during the 4th of July deals. We have had nothing but issues with the electronics. Everything is not working correctly. Crash alert. BLIS. Front and rear cameras. Lane departure. High beams. It’s all bad. Are there any recalls pending? Has anyone turned a vehicle back in? Doesn’t seem like Ford even cares a little bit. Their customer service has been terrible and we are getting no where. Worse of all, I’m active Navy so I’m underway and my wife is left dealing we all these issues. Anyone else experiencing the same types of issues? Thank you.
