Default 2020 Explorer Drive Mode Issues

Hi All- Wondering if anyone has had the issue I'm having. My drive mode selection buttons and the Automatic engine start/stop button does not work. However the traction control button, which is in the same cluster of switches, works. I located the fuse for the TMS (drive mode system) but could not locate the fuse for the switches necessarily. I will attempt replacing the TMS fuse tonight. Wondering if anyone has come across this issue previously and has a solution.

Thanks,

Nick

Being a 2020, it should still be under warranty. I wouldn't mess with it and let your dealer look at it.Fuses blow for a reason, they don't wear out.

Suggest you check the Specifications section , or look in the index for "Fuses and Relays". of your owner's manual. There you should find a picture of the fuse panels and a description of what they protect.

If you cannot find anything definite, a trip to your dealership Service Dept may be the next thing to consider.
