P0171/p0174 error code
Those are codes indicating the system is running lean and the system can no longer compensate for the addl air problem.
Among the could beees,
vacuum leak involving both banks
MAF under reporting amount of intake air
Addl unmeasured air getting into engine,
You might check for possible hole/leak in tubing between MAF sensor and throttle body
It would help if we knew what engine was in your vehicle.
Some had problems with PCV leaks.and dried out intake manifold fasteners
Do you know if your engine might have a plastic intake manifold, sometimes they develop cracks.

In addition, also check your fuel injectors.
PCV valve costs just a few dollar, just replace it regardless of its condition, if you have never changed it or your car is over 50k miles, or you haven't done any tune up by a shop. Some shops would consider PCV valve replacement part of a tune up and some don't. Anyhow, PCV valve has replacement interval like an air filter. The hardest thing is to figure out exactly where it's located.
