won't start
1995 Explorer. Did the fuel pump relay part swap. Nothing stops the intermittent will it start or won't it start. Noticed when I put the key in the lock cylinder if I don't hear the fuel pump go on it won't start. When I take the key out, put it back in, turn "ON" and her the fuel pump, it starts every time.
