My 04 f140 will not turn over. I checked battery and it is fine. When I turn true ignition key I hear a clicking sound and the speedometer needle shakes for 10 to 15 seconds. Any ideas what might be the problem.

Checked the battery, how?
Does a jump produce the same results?
If the head lights are turned ON 'prior' to cycling the key,, are they noticeably dim?
or when attempting a crank do they then go dim?
Cable ends clean, tight, ground block/chassis as well...
