Picture this;
There is some guy sitting out there in the showroom , says he 's waiting to hear something about his truck. This gets around and before you know it they get to know you by your first name and then start wondering why isn't somebody helping him? He even introduces himself to new incoming customers, very polite and the new customers start wondering if this is the place they want to buy a vehicle from. Now the manager gets involved and either offers to help the gent get some answers or calls the service dept and inquires what's this all about , why can't we get this guy out of here and fix his vehicle? Ever hear the story about getting more flies with molasses than vinegar?
Dealerships make $$$ selling vehicles, but when sales are down , the service dept carries them. Don't know if you are able to swing this , but been there , seen that and it usually works. Remember , stuff rolls downhill !
