Your vehicle most likely has a clutch master cyl; and a clutch slave cyl inside the bell housing of the trans.
It sounds like there is a problem with the slave cyl. To replace that you may need to remove the trans, and while it is out, replace the clutch pressure plate, clutch disc, release brg. and pilot brg in the flywheel. .You probably will need to replace the slave cyl also. Once this is all done, you will need to bleed all the air out of the clutch hyd syst and will have a good functioning vehicle.
This is not a job for an inexperienced person without the proper equip.

Well i pulled the ruber cover off side of tranmsision and inside you can see the pressure plat ig it is and a mouse had built a nest in there after it sat in a feild for about 2 year and after i got it running and started driving it it slung it around and got packed in the little groove where plate sits when clutch disengaged and wasnt letting it come all the way back had somebody hold clutch in and i dug it out with long j hook and fixed the problem. It could be raining ******* and if get hit in the head with a dick i swear lol thanks for all the help and replys

I hope doing all that work, you should have replaced the disc, pressure plate, throwout and pilot bearings while you had the transmission out. I believe in 88 they started putting the slave cylinder inside, I would have replaced that too and you likely would never have to worry about the clutch for the remaining life of your truck.

If the voltage problem is still present,
Sometimes there is a wiring harness that sits over the area where the trans meets the engine, and that harness sometimes gets pinched between the engine and trans watch out for that, also there may a ground wire that was held in place by one of the trans housings bolts, make sure that wire is connected .
