1993 Ford F-150 XTL Misses Inconsistently
Greetings,
I have a 1993 Ford F150 XTL 4.9 V8 and I have a weird issue where it feels like the truck will just miss once and then not miss for about 20-30 seconds then miss again. The more I drive the more it seems to miss per minute. If I press on the gas it will stop doing it. If I'm at around 50mph and let off the gas a little bit, then get back on it, it will miss until I get back into the throttle more.
Things I have done:

Things I have done:
- Replaced all the vacuum lines. They were damaged and it was losing vacuum. The truck now holds 17" of vacuum while idling.
- Replaced Ignition Coil
- Replaced Distributer
- Read the codes out of the PCM, fixed what it said, and reset it. No additional codes are presenting anymore.
- Tested Throttle Position sensor, it was smoothly rising in voltage and didn't jump around.
- Cleaned the IAC Valve. It was pretty dirty
- Cleaned Throttle Body. It was mostly clean
- Battery grounding to truck body was bad. Cleaned connectors and mount point. Also cleaned positive terminals and ends.
- Engine Ground was dirty too, cleaned it.
- Tested Fuel regulator, when I removed vacuum line fuel pressure rose to 40psi.
- Fuel pressure starts at 35psi and hovers around 30psi while truck is running
- Cleaned EGR valve, validated that under vacuum the valve rises and falls.
- Wires and plugs are less than 5 years old.
- Ran fuel injector cleaner through it
