Default 2000 5.4 cylinder head hole on passenger side bottom rear of head

Can anyone tell me what this hole is and why I have coolant gushing out

Maybe I'm just missing something.

The head appears to be either new or reconditioned. It could not have come from the engine presently in the truck.

If as you say it came with the truck , it may be the incorrect head for that engine. Could be for other side ???

How about a little more history so we have some idea of just what is going on, thanks.
