Angry 2000 ford F150 key problem

i know that the ignition in this ford has an ignition key that is chipped. I gave the truck to my son for his birthday. the problem is he has lost five keys now. at 65 bucks a pop i could just, well scream. anyway i'm sure there must be a way to by pass the chip. my email is lytlelane@gmail.com if anyone knows the proceduers to do this could you please email and we can talk about it. thank you george

Dear George,
I know you didn't ask for my opinion, but wouldn't it be cheaper and less trouble to have son pay for addl keys than trying to disable an anti-theft device?

Unhappy

he is a carpenter. been out of work for nine months. i have been his familys life line. i know how the keys get lost but i have no control of there children nor do they. the truck is ten years old. all dented up. i really dont care if someone takes it. i know they wont though. too banged up and rusted out. nothing in side worth anything either. so much easier to by pass chip. thanks anyway
