I have code p0171 and p0174 and they are for it running too lean. I heard that it could be the pvc hose. I replaced the pcv valve and added Lucas fuel injector cleaner. Nothing has fixed it so far. What is the most common fix?

 

One common problem was cracked plastic intake manifolds allowing vacuum leaks.
