Default 2005 Ford f-150 4.2

I I'm having an issue with the lack of power in my F-150 I have changed spark plugs spark plug wires all 4 O2 sensors the mass airflow sensor crankshaft sensor camshaft sensor and throttling positioning sensor the truck will now I know smoothly I put it in gear drive or reverse and I get a bad vibration and no power can anyone help me with this

Is the lack of power on take off, cruising or higherr speeds?
Different times can be affected by different causes,that is why it is important to get some idea of just where the range is.

Some folks describe a misfire as a vibration ,could this be the case here?
Two things, I wouldn't shell out anymore $$$$ until you have some idea as to just what you are after and the question of where did you get the replacement parts. Some stuff out there is defective right out of the box. We should be able to provide some guidance , just need a little more info.
Any check eng lite or codes in the vehicle computer?
