I got a 2008 F150 and I found a round broken up piece in my oil pan, it's not a snap ring, all snap rings are in place and look all good. This round thing has a ridge around the ring but looked at all rebuild kits and I'm not finding something that looks like this part.

I will put an image here. I don't know where the hell this came from. Maybe you can tell me what this is.

The symptoms of my truck was at first is would shudder when going through 3 and 4 or 4 and 5 gear not sure which would be around 40-45 mph when it would do that. It did that a few times. And just a few days ago it starting reving in 1st when I would put in drive and would hit hard after a few seconds.

Thought it was the solenoid so I bought two new ones, I didn't change it yet cuz I found these metal parts in the oil pan. I thought at first it was the snap right, but all snap rings are all in place and in good shape. but I'm stumped as what or where it came from. I saw the little yellow dip stickball in the oil pan, so I'm assuming this is the first drop of the oil pan from the factory, but now 100% on that.

Also, I notice some little elongated bearing-looking pieces (you can see these in the middle of the broken piece in the image). If you know what this is please name the part. Cuz I'm not familiar with anything on a transmission. If you know what that part is and where it came from please let me know, cuz I don't know what to do at this point.
