I just recently inherited my deceased father in laws 2013 f150. I have noticed a parasitic drain and I believe the culprit is the sync usb port where you use the charging cord to link your phone. The port is popped out of the console and I never use that (always link using bluetooth)
I have read in other forums that it would be fuse 38 ( Delayed accessory – 110 volt power point, Radio) or fuse 2 (SYNC , Display module 8 inch)
My question is, which fuse would I want to pull or is there one specific for the usb port alone?
Please help !

I'm posting images for reference. Does your vehicle have a media hub (image circled #8)? If so it receives PWR and GND from directly from the APIM (attachment labeled "media hub" is wiring diagram for SYNC gen 2) so if it is staying on, it would draw very little but your APIM would be the fault. Pulling fuse 2 would disable the APIM. Your bluetooth and radio wouldn't work. If it is just the a USB port (attachment labeled "usb") it's the same issue. If you believe it is the ports causing issue just unplug them.
