Default 88 f150 neutral safety switch

can any one tell me if the neutral safety switch is adjustable? the clutch pedal had to be completely to the floor in order to start and now it just dont work, i have to pop start it, idk if its a ford thing or an older truck thing but my 98 dodge culd start in neutral wit out the clutch. any information is greatly appreciated!!!

You were able to adjust some of them, but were you able to determine that the switch is or is not defective?

no i didnt touch it yet, my buddy was saying there is the neutral saftey switch but theres another one. the clutch position switch or somthing like that it is on the master cylinder next to the gas petal, if i can bypass that some how he said it should work....... i hate electrical work
