My sons wipers are going super slow. They barely move and the wiper motor gets hot. Does any know what the problem might be?

 

Might be is the key here.
A good start would be to confirm good electrical connections for the wiper motor including it's ground , of course it is a 94 and those motors don't last forever depending on how much they were used.
