You need to suport the truck with jack stands on the axle and frame. First remove the large nut on the radius arm. Then you need to drill out the rivets on the brackets or unbolt them if there are bolts in them.. If you drill out the rivets replace them with grade 8 bolts. You may have to pry down on the radius arms when romoving the brackets. Be carefull and don,t get in a hurry.

If you have access to a air hammer it works well to sheer off the rivets, You should remove nuts on radius arms, removes the 4 bolts bolting the 2 cross member pieces together, you can then remove the 4 nuts that bolt the bracket to the frame b4 removing the rivets. When re installing you may want to have a 1" ratchet strap to help you suck everything back together to get the nuts back on the rear of radius arms.
