Radius arm bushing

Default Radius arm bushing

How hard is it to change the drivers side radius arm busing in a 5.0L 94' F-150? And dose any body have a link to a how to do? Thanks.

If you have had this truck new it will have rivets that hold the radius arm mount (towards rear of truck). I would suggest (and have done it with much success) to drill those out (3 bolts). You can then remove the radius arm mount instead of the whole front end. From there, put it on as it came off and of course replace it with the grade 8 bolts. Took me about 2 hours with the grinding and drilling of rivets. Make sure you have a good punch because you want to drill them out nice and straight.
