Default Battery draw while key is off :'( 2011 f150

So my battery has been dying overnight sometimes even sooner, I was under the hood after turning off the engine and there is a very quiet wine/beep noise that stays going steady , so I pulled fuses 1 at a time and the noise stopped when I pulled pcm fuse. Not sure if this is a problem or normal .. I certainly don't remember the wine sound. Any help or tips to point me in the right direct would be amazing ! Thanks

Did the whine sound come back when you put the fuse back in?

If it did, that will be easier to find.
If not, the system resets and it will be impossible to locate the problem because it no longer exists.

There is a special procedure, a little lengthy, to pin down a parasitic drain . You might type in "Locating a parasitic drain" and see if you can utilize the procedure.

The wine goes away and the battery no longer dies after I pull the fuse and put it back in.
