Brand NEW 2019 F150 2 days old wont start
Hi
I bought a 2019 F150 Lariat fully loaded, 40 hours ago. I took the truck out on the highway and put 500km's on it (day 2). On the 3rd day (with in 40 hours of driving it off of the lot) it wont start. Its a chilly -23 Degree Celsius, feels like -28. 760 CCA battery. I have the booster guy as arranged by Ford come down and said the battery is fine whom also checked the battery voltage to be 12.0 Volts.
I just dont understand how my truck can be down already. Is there anyone who has had this issue?

When you say won't start,
Does that mean the engine will crank over and not start running ? Or when you attempt to start , nothing happens?
They are two completely different conditions and depending on which one is present, will determine what the servicing agency needs to do
I agree you should not have any problems with a brand new vehicle, but there has to be a reason and that can help be determined by the info you provide.
If the vehicle sat out in the lot for a lengthy period of time , a few things may have taken place and need to be checked out
The info you provided so far is not very informative and your place of purchase will need to check your vehicle further.

Thank you for the replay Hanky.
Ford repaired it. It was the starter.
Back to the symptoms to answer your question, when I hit the break and start button, no attempt to turn over. Just a click. Interior power seemed to work fine.
