Default Continuous stalling issue 1990 5.0 f150

As of recently my 1990 5.0 F150 has been stalling multiple times while driving it. I have replaced a list of parts (map sensor, iac valve, ecu, fuel filter, ignition coil, ignition cylinder, ignition switch, ignition control module). When the truck stalls, for a few seconds I still have power steering and power brakes while the rpm’s are at zero. Then the truck completely stalls and I lose both power steering and brakes. At first this issue seemed to happen when the motor was under load going up a hill. It has now happened about 6-7 times while driving even on flat ground now. I am not sure where to go next for replacing parts and finding this issue.

Check for loss of fuel pressure, spec is 30-45 psi. Check for loss of spark.
Stop with the parts guessing without diagnoses unless you like wasting money.

The fuel pressure read 0 both with engine on and off test. With the motor on test it would start up for a few seconds and then shut off. I did this in my drive way on a slight hill if that means anything also. Also both tanks are completely full.

Something doesn't sound right. How can an engine start for a few seconds with no (zero) fuel pressure? With dual tanks, there is a high pressure fuel pump which is common to both tanks mounted on the frame rail.
