2001 F150 4.6
I am burning a bit of motor oil, so crawled under to find a crack in the transmission! I see no leak at all on the ground or on parts, but a crack in the transmission.
1. Why am I burning alot of oil? No puddles underneath
2. Can I JB Weld repair the crack in transmission? My transmission fluid hasn't moved, no leak
3. Are they related...or just my bad luck?

Can you give some more info as to just where the crack is located and it's size?
