Default Dealer can’t diagnose p0430

Recently purchased a 2014 F150 FX4, 5.0 with 145k, from a Ford dealership that’s 2 hours away. I don’t want to put anymore miles on it going back and forth, just want to get to the root of the problem. Any thoughts on what it could be?

Day after I brought it home CEL came on, P0430. Took it back to the dealer and they replaced the Cat. Brought truck home and CEL came on the next day, P0430 again.

Got the work order emailed to me later and saw that they replaced their passenger Cat with no other diagnostics done. (I realized they replaced the wrong cat for the code and contacted the dealership) Took truck back to dealership and shop foreman is now in charge of repairs.

Replaced Bank 2 Cat with a new mangaflow cat. Also replaced both bank 2 02 sensors. Cleared DTC and KAM. Brought truck back home and CEL came back on that day, P0430.

On the work order it appears they removed the CAT bank 1 they had previously replaced and put the old one back in. (Still waiting to hear back from dealership on that).

Here’s the work order notes from the dealership:

“146986 1.50 confirmed code p0430 visual pass monitor fuel trims noted nominal check baro noted 152hz normal check for exhaust leaks pass check mode 6 data no reported misfires in any cylinders. pid monitor O2 21 and Cat monitor 22 compared to bank1 11 and 12. Sensors confirmed bank 2 switching beyond designated parameters which means bank 2 cat lost ability to store oxygen and needs replaced. replaced bank 2 cat clear dtc cleared KAM performance road test re-monitor pids all nominal range. Noted bank 2 02 sensors stripped out upon removal replaced both bank 2 sensors”

also, the obd2 says “Evap leak test failed”. Could that be related or is it a different issue?
