Default Drive Belt Rubs Lower Hose - 2012 F150 5.0L

I replaced a leaking water pump, thermostat, and a couple of hoses. After reinstalling the drive belts, I noticed the outer belt was rubbing against an oil cooler hose coming from the lower radiator hose just above the oil filter. I hadn't done any work in that area, so I was surprised. I thought maybe it wasn't close enough to make a difference after I had reverified that I had everything put back correctly. After starting the engine, I could hear the rub and after running for some time, I noticed that it started to scar the hose.

I feel like I have reverified the installation and routing of the drive belt a bunch of times and simply don't see where the problem is. Any words or guidance would be helpful.

The impacted hose is right above the oil filter.

If it didn't rub before the water pump replacement, you either have the wrong pump or put the belt on incorrectly.

This was correcetd by a bent piece of oil cooler pipe done while replacing water pump.
Correction was in another post.
