Engine upgrade question

Does anyone know what it would take and how much it would cost to upgrade a 1992 F150 from a 302 to a 351 or 400. Preferably a 400!! It's a 4x4 extra cab auto. I just can't get the power I want out of the 302.

A 351 should bolt into your truck.

You also may be able to get a stroker kit for the 302 to make it a 347.

Don't know costs of either.

I have a 2002 to F-150 4x4 with a 4.6 i am in the midst of doing an engine swap will a 5.4 bolt up?
