Default Fuel pump driver module issues.

Hello guys! I have a 2015 Ford F-150, with the 3.5 eco boost. I decided to get a superchips flashpaq tuner and tuned my truck to preformence 91. (Makes a ton more power). 4 days into getting the check engine light came on and I about freaked out because it's only 2 months old. The code reads ou109 (failure to communicate to fuel pump module). Was wondering if you guys know anything about this and could help me out on what to do?? Thank you very much in advance! Really appreciate it!!

If you choose to do so , you can remove the chip and see if the problem goes away. If it does go away , you might seek a refund because the electronics in the vehicle will not tolerate any add-ons.

You would not believe the way the fuel system works on this vehicle.
The fuel demand must be in a certain range for the module to respond.
If it is not , fuel is cut off. That is why I suggested that you remove the chip. You can't do with today's cars as we did in the past few years. The systems are so complicated not only for emission purposes, but also supposedly for longer life of the components.
Sometimes a forced reset will remove gremlins induced by add on gizmos, but you absolutely must have a factory scan tool to otherwise correct some problems.
I know this will not solve the problem, but may shed some light on the limitations.
